Scope of Clinical Advice
Nutriplag provides dietary guidance and nutritional planning based on current evidence-based protocols. We are not a medical hospital or an emergency psychiatric service.
Our consultations do not replace the diagnostic function of a primary care physician (GP) or clinical specialist. If you are experiencing acute medical distress, please contact emergency services in Poland by dialing 112.
01. Service Nature
All content on nutripl.pl is educational. Recommendations are personalized based on client-provided data; accuracy depends on your transparent disclosure of health history.
02. No Warranties
Metabolic response varies by individual biological factors. Nutriplag does not guarantee specific weight, health, or physiological outcomes within defined timeframes.
Booking & Cancellation
Consultations at Nutriplag must be booked via our online platform or official email. Payment is required in full 24 hours prior to the session start time to confirm the slot. All prices listed on the Consultations page are in Polish Złoty (PLN).
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to provide this notice results in a forfeiture of 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged at the full rate. We respect clinical timing; sessions that begin late due to client delay will still conclude at the scheduled time.
Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, proprietary intake forms, and nutritional protocols delivered during your consultation are protected by Polish and International copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own health improvement.
Redistribution, commercial resale, or public publication of Nutriplag material—including custom meal plans or proprietary guides—without express written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Polish jurisdiction.
User Conduct & Site Use
By accessing nutripl.pl, you agree not to use the site for any fraudulent purposes or to disseminate malicious software. Interference with the booking engine or server infrastructure of Nutriplag is a violation of these terms.
Clients are expected to maintain professional standards during video consultations. We reserve the right to terminate any session–without refund–if a client displays abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward our specialists.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Nutriplag and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or our nutrition advice. This includes responsibility for allergic reactions or health outcomes if a client fails to report relevant medical history or deviates from professional guidance.
Total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw.
